Home staging is a very quick way of designing a hone without paying high end interior designer. You can turn your home into smashing just by doing some simple changes. This is great if you have your own home to stag. You can change everything you want from outside to the inside of the house. But all of these drastic changes can only be made by the owner of the house. If you are a tenant you cannot simply change any parts of the house without informing the landlord. This is a clear violation of your agreement as well as the Landlord Forms. Doing any changes even at the smallest part of the house can create huge dilemma between you and the land landlord. The owner can file a case against you because of altering parts of the house.


There is case happened that a tenant change some parts of the house including the paint, light, and flooring. After that the owner decided to sue the tenant because of the changes. The landlord wants to evict the tenant because of that action, but the tenant insists that changes are for the betterment of the home. The action that the tenant has done is for a good cause, but it is not permitted. In this case, it is a lesson learned by the tenant to inspect the house together with the owner to see any damages that needs to be fixed before the tenant moved out. You have to select a relative that you think can act in favor of you and who can accomplish all possible responsibilities. Assess your relative to choose the best one. It is imperative because you will depend on them in all your financial matters. Financial matters is one of the most critical part of the whole matter that is why it imperative to choose honest relative.


In case of a tenant staging case, you can settle another agreement with your landlord. This is the most practical way to avoid any case in the court. You can choose to admit your mistake and ask for another chance. Having this kind of agreement will benefit both owner and tenant because they will not waste money to hire attorney for a trial court.
