6. Always have boundaries between you and the tenant. Give your tenant a privacy and respect it. If you're going to enter the premises, always give your tenant a notification. You can also give scheduled visits and scheduled maintenance. By doing that, your tenants will enjoy their privacy and may have longer time to stay, and lessen your property's vacancy time.
7. For you to become an effective landlord, you must always remember these steps. Remember that having a better relationship with your tenant will give you easier time dealing with them and a less stressful work.
