For Business Visa applicants have to submit business card and letter from the employer or sponsoring company on their letterhead stationery signed by a senior manager - briefly introducing the applicant and clearly stating the precise nature of the business and activities to be conducted, (dates and places of the contacts in Brazil included). The letter should also state that the sending company takes all financial responsibility for the applicant while in Brazil. If the letter is signed by applicant himself (in case he is the company’s owner) it must be notarized.

Whenever the planned stay exceeds 90 days, registration with the Federal Police in Brazil is mandatory within 30 days from first arrival in the country (together with the passport, you must submit the original visa application form that will be returned to you by the Consulate once the visa is issued).
Processing time is up to ten business days. VisaExpress Provides with Business, Work and Tourist Visa Service.
