San Diego County Credit Union CD Rates July 2011 Update

San Diego County Credit Union, San Diego's largest locally owned financial institution. With over $5 billion in assets, San Diego County Credit Union is a not-for-profit credit union wholly owned and operated by its members. Unlike most other financial institutions, San Diego County Credit Union does not issue stock or pay dividends to outside stockholders. Instead, earnings are returned to members in the form of lower loan rates, higher dividends on deposits and lower fees.
Today the San Diego County Credit Union CD rates are being presented by the people at Highest CD Rates to help provide you with the necessary information about this financial institution.
The tiered format of the San Diego County Credit Union certificate of deposit rates has minimum despot amounts of $2,000, $10,000 and $90,000.
The current CD rates include the limited time promotional offers like the 11 month CD that is earning an APY of 0.85%, 0.90% and 0.95% respectively. The 25 month CD is earning an APY of 1.25%, 1.30% and 1.35%. The best CD rates are from the 57 month CD that is earning an APY of 2.45%, 2.50% and 2.55%.
The standard CD rates include the 3 month CD that is earning an APY of 0.20%, 0.25% and 0.30% respectively. The 6 month CD is earning an APY of 0.40%, 0.45% and 0.50%. The 1 year CD is earning an APY of 0.55%, 0.60% and 0.65%.
The 18 month CD is earning an APY of 0.75%, 0.80% and 0.85% respectively. The 2 year CD is earning an APY of 1.00%, 1.05% and 1.10%. The 3 year CD is earning an APY of 1.35%, 1.40% and 1.45%. The 4 year CD is earning an APY of 1.70%, 1.75% and 1.80%. The 5 year CD is earning an APY of 2.30%, 2.35% and 2.40%.
Originally chartered in 1938 as San Diego County Employees Credit Union, SDCCU® was formed to provide for the financial needs of local county government employees. During the 1970's, SDCCU expanded its membership to include all San Diegans and today, is open to everyone living or working in San Diego, Riverside and Orange counties.
